This hotel is a disaster with surly untrained employees and absent management. We checked in at 3:30pm having travelled all day from southern Spain only to be told the room was not ready. It became available 15 minutes later. Being hungry we went to the brasserie which was not open for food until 7pm. We went back at 7 and were told the brasserie was fully booked. We asked to see the manager of the hotel but he was not on the premises. No room service and the restaurant won’t open until 2025. Today the lift is out of service so climb the stairs with luggage to get to the room. Absolutely no assistance. Enter the room at 5:30pm and it is still not made up. Breakfast is a scrum of people in an overcrowded room. Scrambled eggs made from powdered eggs and stone cold.

La disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel de l'hotel et du spa. Le lieu est incroyable dans cet écrin de verdure, rénovation de grande qualité, petit déjeuner continental, mention spéciale pour le baby foot et l échiquier géant. Idéal 1h de lyon de grenoble d annecy.

Super domaine Chambre spacieuse avec une déco moderne et literie très confortable (chambre supérieur aux cèdres) Bonne table à la brasserie 205 avec des prix corrects Le spa au top ainsi que la piscine extérieure chauffée De façon générale le prix est très correct

Chambre parfaite et très bien agencée. A noter des bruits de goutes dans le mur (chambre 104) dans la nuit mais cela n'a pas altéré notre sommeil. (juste pour préciser afin de voir le pb). Excellent séjour, lieu superbe, spa piscine... très bien. Bien vérifier avant si vous voulez dormir dans le château car il y a plusieurs bâtiments.

La chambre et pas mal.... Mais déçu quand le sèche serviette ne fonctionnait pas et sachant que nous sommes allés 2 fois au spa peignoir un peu mouillé, on a demandé d'en avoir d'autres compliqué car les peignoirs sont comptés et difficile a avoir !! Bref le spa pareil tjs plus pour avoir accès au service proposé et pas driver pour savoir on nous annonce 12h de service sur chaque nuitée mais au final seulement 2 h part nuitée son proposé avec des créneaux de 2 heures seulement Déçu... Je ne reviendrai pas sachant tous cela !!!

belle découverte, malheureusement sous la pluie, nous reviendrons afin de profiter des extérieurs et du nouveau restaurant nous avons diner à la brasserie , très bien aussi , bon service quant au petit déjeuner celui ci fut excellent et copieux

Chambre très sympa et SPA au top avec une ouverture jusqu'à 23h. Très grand choix au petit déjeuner. Accueil très agréable à notre arrivée ainsi qu'à notre départ. Les extérieurs sont également très grands et très agréables avec des jeux géants.

Super ! La chambre était au top et très grande avec douche a l’italienne et baignoire pour le repas du soir était très bon et sort de l’ordinaire et sucré et salé Le massage était très bien La piscine intérieure était très chaude et le jacuzzi excellent Dommage pour la piscine extérieure nous pouvions pas nous baigner car le temps était pas très chaud et très peu de soleil À refaire !!
